Our primary focus is on improving outcomes for stroke patients, where existing time delays are solvable through more efficient triage based on rapid, accurate analysis of medical images.

Quikfo’s principal inventors are from the Calgary Stroke Center, widely recognized as the world leader in defining new methods for stroke diagnosis, management, and treatment. Quikflo’s mission is to instill our inventors’ world-class expertise in stroke CT image analysis into a software that is fast, accurate, and easy for health professionals worldwide to use.

35,000 CT machines are in operation worldwide; 75% are in Europe and North America. At our expected pricing, minimal market penetration will make Quikflo Health highly profitable. 

GROWING EMERGENCY & HOSPITAL CARE COSTS

Per capita spend on healthcare in the US and worldwide is expected to continue growing. Healthcare IT (HIT) is $40 billion annually and is the fastest growing segment of healthcare.

INCREASING CT PREVALENCE & USAGE

Quikflo develops interpretive software for images produced by computed tomography (CT). The prevalence and usage of CT machines has tripled in the last 15 years, and is continuing to grow.
